I guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the jewellery I send you. If for any reason you are not happy with the jewellery, you can return the jewellery to me within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. See our returns policy. Where jewellery has been handcrafted for your order, it may vary slightly from what is shown on the website. Unless otherwise stated, all are finished & polished by hand are stamped .925 (sterling silver). All pendants available in gold/other -Price on application. Jewellery may be made to order. Prices may change without notice.

Commissions are welcome: Only original designs will be made.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and I endeavor to produce the best quality jewellery I can, of the best quality materials and workmanship. If any jewellery you receive from me is defective, please contact me as soon as possible. On return of the jewellery with my receipted / invoice enclosed, I will replace it. You will not be charged postage a second time for the replacement jewellery.

MADE TO ORDER items please allow 15-20 business days for delivery.

If an item of jewellery becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed your order you will be advised.

I accept payment by Visa card or MasterCard for orders placed via PayPal, or payments via a Paypal account. Other cards accepted are Visa Pre-paid and Debit Visa - For more information visit VISA.
Payments via bank deposit within New Zealand only - please email me directly with your order. Prices are all in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and will be converted to your own currency where applicable. The exact amount debited to your credit card/debit Visa will depend on the date of ordering. The currency converter provided is an indication only and the actual charge may vary slightly, depending on your card issuer.

Prices only include relevant New Zealand Taxes. Applicable Taxes and Duties for Countries other than New Zealand are your responsibility,  as are any clearance fees associated with importation. Most countries have a minimum threshold under which tax and duty are not collected.  This varies from country to country, but small orders will normally incur no added importation costs.

All the information you provide me will be treated as strictly confidential. I will not pass on any information about you on to any other organization. Protecting your privacy is important to me.
